DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

Upon receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch the goods as detailed above. If your chosen goods are out of stock, no longer available and we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment and advise you by Email.
If our courier is unable to deliver your goods he will leave details of options for delivery.
Please note items that are returned to us by the courier as undelivered we will not provide a second free delivery for customers who would still like the order.

Payment can be made on-line we accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed using Paypal who are now the UK’s leading secure on-line payment provider. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However the reproduction of colours and products are only as accurate as photographic and publishing processes allow.

RETURNS POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a refund (we will refund product cost only and not refund any postage costs) within 7 days of receipt of goods, provided that:

• The goods are unused.
• The goods are undamaged.
• The packaging is complete and undamaged.
• The goods are in saleable condition.

Please make sure your name and address are clearly visible on return form.
Please obtain proof of return of your goods. We recommend Recorded Delivery methods are used, as we do not accept liability for goods lost in transit.
